Meet Sang
Sang’s approach to movement and wellness is guided by a holistic approach. At young age, she discovered The Trinity Health Law by Ahn Hyun-pil, a book that left a lasting impression by emphasizing nourishment through whole foods, mindful exercise, and detoxification. It shaped her view that true health is not a collection of isolated habits, but an integrated lifestyle rooted in balance, awareness, and prevention. Today, she is pursuing her studies in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, bringing this philosophy into her practice and everyday life.
In her early twenties, she discovered yoga. What began as a personal interest evolved into a decade-long commitment to disciplined practice and self-discovery. In 2016, she became a certified yoga instructor and later completed mat and reformer Pilates training. Through this journey, she cultivated an approach that blends mindful movement with a strong foundation in anatomy, stability, mobility, and rehabilitation.
Since 2017, Sang has worked with a diverse range of clients, including seniors and prenatal individuals, delivering thoughtfully designed sessions that build strength, refine alignment, and support sustainable well-being. With care, precision, and intention, she creates a calm, elevated space where movement becomes both purposeful and restorative.
